UNPACKMEN ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website and online store at unpackmen.com. By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2.1 Product Descriptions We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, due to the nature of our products (collectibles, trading cards, and related items), slight variations in appearance, condition grading, or packaging may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes. It is your responsibility to read the full product description before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before buying.

2.2 Collectibles & Condition Disclosure Where products are described as used, pre-owned, or graded, the stated condition reflects our assessment at the time of listing. Grading is subjective by nature. We are not liable for differences of opinion on condition grading unless a product is materially and objectively misdescribed.

2.3 Orders and Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, Twint, and others.

2.4 Pricing All prices are displayed in CHF and include applicable Swiss VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

2.5 Order Confirmation An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed order if a product becomes unavailable or if an error is identified, in which case you will receive a full refund.

2.6 Shipping and Delivery We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. For lost or significantly delayed shipments, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

3. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By purchasing from us, you confirm you have read and agreed to that policy in full.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, carrier failures, or platform outages

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss or EU/EEA law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, under Swiss law. For EU/EEA consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected and take precedence where applicable.
